- Service Description:
SRINZ Consultancy Services (SRINZ) provides guidance and support to students seeking to pursue higher education abroad. Our services include:
- University/college selection and application assistance
- Scholarship and financial aid search and guidance
- Visa application assistance
- Pre-departure and arrival information and support
- Post-arrival support and guidance
2. Fees and Payment:
- SRINZ charges a service fee for its services. The fee varies depending on the level of service required and the destination country.
- All fees must be paid in advance of receiving any services.
- SRINZ reserves the right to change its fees without prior notice.
3. Responsibilities of SRINZ:
- SRINZ will provide accurate and up-to-date information to the best of its knowledge.
- SRINZ will use reasonable efforts to assist students in obtaining admission to universities and colleges.
- SRINZ will provide guidance and assistance with scholarship and financial aid applications.
- SRINZ will provide guidance and assistance with visa applications.
- SRINZ will provide pre-departure and arrival information and support.
- SRINZ will provide post-arrival support and guidance.
4. Responsibilities of the Student:
- The student is responsible for providing accurate and complete information to SRINZ.
- The student is responsible for meeting all application deadlines and requirements.
- The student is responsible for attending all interviews and tests as required.
- The student must fulfill all financial obligations to universities/colleges and other service providers.
- The student is responsible for following all laws and regulations of the destination country.
5. Disclaimer:
- SRINZ cannot guarantee admission to any university/college.
- SRINZ cannot guarantee the approval of any scholarship or financial aid applications.
- SRINZ cannot guarantee the approval of any visa applications.
- SRINZ is not responsible for any delays or changes in application processing times.
- SRINZ is not responsible for any changes in tuition fees or other costs.
6. Cancellation Policy:
- Students may cancel their service agreement at any time.
- Cancellation fees will apply depending on the amount of service already provided.
- No refunds will be issued once the visa application process has begun.
7. Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be settled through binding arbitration by the laws of India.
8. Governing Law:
- This agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of India.
