  1. Service Description:

SRINZ Consultancy Services (SRINZ) provides guidance and support to students seeking to pursue higher education abroad. Our services include:

  • University/college selection and application assistance
  • Scholarship and financial aid search and guidance
  • Visa application assistance
  • Pre-departure and arrival information and support
  • Post-arrival support and guidance

2. Fees and Payment:

  • SRINZ charges a service fee for its services. The fee varies depending on the level of service required and the destination country.
  • All fees must be paid in advance of receiving any services.
  • SRINZ reserves the right to change its fees without prior notice.

3. Responsibilities of SRINZ:

  • SRINZ will provide accurate and up-to-date information to the best of its knowledge.
  • SRINZ will use reasonable efforts to assist students in obtaining admission to universities and colleges.
  • SRINZ will provide guidance and assistance with scholarship and financial aid applications.
  • SRINZ will provide guidance and assistance with visa applications.
  • SRINZ will provide pre-departure and arrival information and support.
  • SRINZ will provide post-arrival support and guidance.

4. Responsibilities of the Student:

  • The student is responsible for providing accurate and complete information to SRINZ.
  • The student is responsible for meeting all application deadlines and requirements.
  • The student is responsible for attending all interviews and tests as required.
  • The student must fulfill all financial obligations to universities/colleges and other service providers.
  • The student is responsible for following all laws and regulations of the destination country.

5. Disclaimer:

  • SRINZ cannot guarantee admission to any university/college.
  • SRINZ cannot guarantee the approval of any scholarship or financial aid applications.
  • SRINZ cannot guarantee the approval of any visa applications.
  • SRINZ is not responsible for any delays or changes in application processing times.
  • SRINZ is not responsible for any changes in tuition fees or other costs.

6. Cancellation Policy:

  • Students may cancel their service agreement at any time.
  • Cancellation fees will apply depending on the amount of service already provided.
  • No refunds will be issued once the visa application process has begun.

7. Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be settled through binding arbitration by the laws of India.

8. Governing Law:

  • This agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of India.
